John Glazier was admitted to the 2nd Church at Lancaster Feb 3, 1744-45, and his first wife Esther was admitted Apr. 21, 1744-45. His second wife Mary qwas admitted June 4, 1769. Census of 1790 for Boylston: 2-0-1 for John Glazier. He sold land in Lancaster in 1743 (Worcester County Land Records). In 1760, he was appinted guardian of his deceased brother Benjamin's children, Benjamin, Jr. and Jonathan, who was later known as Jotham. In 1768, Jotham's gardianship was transferred to Ezra Beaman. This was probaably becase John had married again and had several more children of his own to care for. Married by the Reverend Thomas Goss.

Two possible additional children: John Glazier, b. 8 Oct 1770, Lancaster, Worcester, Mass. and Daniel glazier, b. 27 Nov 1768, Lancaster, Worcester, Mass.
